According to the Complaint, the Company made false and misleading statements to the market. Credit Suisse failed to maintain appropriate controls on disclosures and financial reporting. The Company lent money to Russian oligarchs, placing it at risk of sanctions. The Company's Securitization Deal was related to loans it made to Russian Oligarchs previously sanctioned by the U.S. government. The purpose of the Securitization Deal was to shift risks related to these loans and to avoid potential future sanctions. The Company requested investors that did not participate in the Securitization Deal destroy documents related to the Deal. Based on these facts, the Company's public statements were false and materially misleading throughout the class period. When the market learned the truth about Credit Suisse, investors suffered damages.
Join the case to recover your losses.
